My name is Lijo Francis, a common man talking about basic finance to the masses. I started The Mango People to educate people about money. Explaining finance in a simple way possible and discussing topics that come to my attention.
I believe financial education is more sidelined in our life and in our school educational system. It is taught to us at a later stage of life.
It is believed that it is not easy to understand money, but I found it was not true when I tried to become financially independent.
My first insight about money and how it is sidelined from every individual came after reading this book called ” The Rich Dad And Poor Dad “. If you have come across this book, very good if not, I strongly recommend you to read it.
Over the years of my journey to be financially independent, had made me acquire a few financial skills and knowledge which I am publishing via my blogs.
